We started Bitihop after years of giving each other wooden things: a puzzle, a set of figures, something for the shelf. The ones that stayed out had a few things in common.

Now every object has to pass the same four checks. It should look good. It should feel good in the hand. It should be something you would give. And it should be worth keeping after the first evening.

That keeps the range small. We think that is the point.

We do not make the objects ourselves yet. Each product page lists the material and dimensions, so you know what you are holding.
